Based upon historical data, if a grievance related to your IOLTA is filed, there is a 90% chance at least one attorney will lose his license.  After disbarment, bankruptcy is typically the next event.  

Having Accurate and Timely  IOLTA accounting records are as important as maintaining strong controls over the firm's deadlines and calendar.
